In retrospect . . .

My original intention was to add phase II and III of our trip and the complications that arose - however, after reading other blogs regarding NWA, it's customer service and the way the airline has ruined people's vacations -- it looks like we got by pretty easy and although the travel legs sucked - San Francisco was a great experience.

With this knowledge, I will work to avoid NWA in the future and be thankful we actually reached our destination albeit on 'their' schedule - not ours. My sympathies to all who must travel NWA and tolerate their unprofessional management, obnoxious disregard for their passengers and utter lack of customer service!
